These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Hong Kong Pupu Network Technology Co., Limited (doing business as "Pupu Games", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our mobile games ("Games") and related services.

By downloading, installing, or playing our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Games.

The Games, including all content, graphics, user interfaces, audio, video, text, identifiers, trademarks, logos, and specific game mechanics, are owned by Pupu Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Virtual Items

The Games may allow you to "earn" or "purchase" virtual items (such as virtual currency, points, or skins). You agree that you have no ownership right or title in or to any such virtual items. These items cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world value. Pupu Games reserves the right to manage, regulate, establish, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time.

The Games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pupu Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Games constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
